The Challenge: Growing Fast Without Losing Control
1. Duplicate Listings and Conflicting Addresses
With so many locations opening at once, it became hard to track which listings were accurate. In dense areas, even neighboring buildings (like numbers 15 and 17 on the same street) caused confusion and triggered Google’s duplicate detection, even though they were legitimate and distinct service points.
Sigita Gelažienė, Marketing Manager | Dywan BoxEach location has different data. We started getting duplicates - the same points flagged even though the addresses were different. That’s one of our biggest challenges.
2. No Scalable Way to Manage Listings
Manually updating or verifying hundreds of locations—especially with frequent openings and closures—wasn't feasible. Before PinMeTo, Dywan Box lacked a bulk location verification solution that could help them keep things updated and consistent at scale, and they were missing a direct support contact to turn to when things got stuck.
Managing this huge map without a tool is just not possible. It’s too complex. PinMeTo was our first support to help us verify and manage locations.
