The idea of PinMeTo started as frustration among the founders, as they were building a custom solution for the tourism industry in Sweden. This was still the very early days of local search. Our deep understanding of tech and search, combined with the experience of working on customer journeys in the retail industry, made us realize that the online-to-offline journeys would get more complex over time. We needed to come up with a sophisticated solution.
PinMeTo, the platform for local search and local customer experience, was founded on the idea that there should be a better way for multi-location brands to manage their online listings and profiles for all of their locations.
After years of iterations, improvements, and intense product development, PinMeTo now has more than 70 employees in 6 offices, representing 17 nationalities, speaking 22 languages, and handling millions of data points each year, helping big brands around the globe to be optimized for local buyer journeys.
