Onboarding ends with a handover, not a goodbye

When onboarding is complete, we run a Success Handover: we review your results together and hand you over to our Customer Success Manager (CSM) team, who stay with you for quarterly reviews, benchmark reporting, and action plans. Enterprise customers also get a dedicated CSM, a named person who knows their account and goals.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on how many locations and networks you manage. Your onboarding specialist gives you a clear timeline up front and handles the account setup and location data migration with you, so you are never working it out alone. Most brands are live in weeks, not months.

Can you help me migrate from another platform?

Yes. Your onboarding specialist handles the migration of your location data into PinMeTo as part of getting you set up, so you do not have to move everything across yourself. That includes moves from Yext, Uberall, spreadsheets, or manually managed network accounts.

What does my team need to do during onboarding?

Two things, mainly: share your location data and give us access to your network accounts. PinMeTo handles the implementation, quality checks, network connections, and profile creation. Your team then joins hands-on training sessions before getting platform access.

What happens after onboarding is finished?

When onboarding is complete, we run a Success Handover: we review your results together and hand you over to our Customer Success Manager (CSM) team. Enterprise customers get a dedicated, named CSM.
