Contract Performance Privacy Notice

This notice applies to personal data processed for the signing and performance of contracts between PinMeTo and clients.

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We need to process your personal data to enter into the contract with the company you represent. (The legal basis of processing: art. 6 (1f) of GDPR - our legitimate interest.) Your data processing is necessary to take any necessary steps to sign and perform the provisions of the contract.

Your personal data will be shared internally within the Company, in particular with the business unit responsible for the contract as well as with the administration and finance department.

We will share your data with other third parties only where it is fair, transparent, and lawful and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. We will not transfer your data outside of the European Economic Area.

PinMeTo does not make any automated decisions based on your personal data. No profiling is implemented during processing, and the data we collect will never be used without human intervention.

Your Rights

As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:

  • Access and obtain a copy of your data on request
  • Require the company to change incorrect or incomplete data
  • In cases permitted by law, require the organization to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing
  • Object to the processing of your data where the organization is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for the processing
  • If you believe that the organization has not complied with your data protection rights, you can complain to the Swedish Data Protection Authority: imy@imy.se

How We Protect Your Data

We take the security of your data seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused, or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the performance of their duties. Where we engage third parties to process personal data on our behalf, we do so on the basis of written instructions, and under a duty of confidentiality. Our subcontractors are obliged to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of data.

How Long We Keep Data

We will hold your personal data for the duration of the contract. As a rule, data processed on the basis of our legitimate interest will be processed until an objection is raised or the purpose for which they were processed is fulfilled.
