Meeting Booking Privacy Notice

This notice applies to personal data processed in order to book and perform a meeting between PinMeTo and you (the representative of the company).

Data Controller Details

PinMeTo AB is a data controller, meaning that it determines the processes to be used when using your personal data. Our contact details are as follows:

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

  • We need to process your personal data in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract with the company you represent. (art. 6 (1b) of GDPR)
  • Sometimes you may be asked for consent to record the meeting with PinMeTo. When we record your voice and image at the meeting, your data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 (1a) of GDPR - your freely given consent.

Your personal data will be shared internally within the Company, in particular with the business unit responsible for the contract between your company and PinMeTo.

We will share your data with other third parties only where it is fair, transparent and lawful and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. We will not transfer your data outside of the European Economic Area.

PinMeTo does not make any automated decisions based on your personal data. No profiling is implemented during processing, and the data we collect will never be used without human intervention.

Your Rights

As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:

  • Access and obtain a copy of your data on request
  • Require the company to change incorrect or incomplete data
  • In cases permitted by law, require the organization to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing
  • Object to the processing of your data where the organization is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing
  • When your data is processed on the basis of consent, request to erase your personal data
  • If you believe that the organization has not complied with your data protection rights, you can complain to the Swedish Data Protection Authority: imy@imy.se

How We Protect Your Data

We take the security of your data seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to try to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the performance of their duties. Where we engage third parties to process personal data on our behalf, we do so on the basis of written instructions, are under a duty of confidentiality and are obliged to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of data.

How Long We Keep Data

We will process your personal data only for the duration of the processes stated above. As soon as the purposes of the processing are no longer valid, your data will be deleted.
