We are authorized to process your data in order to make an initial meeting between PinMeTo and the company you represent. The legal basis for this is processing our legitimate interest (art. 6(1f) GDPR), which means that we are contacting you to offer a product which is genuinely appropriate for your company.
We have obtained your data from publicly available sources and validated our data set. In addition, we screened our telephone database against multiple Do Not Call registries around the world, including the DNC lists in the UK (TPS and CTPS), US, Germany, France, Ireland, Canada, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Sweden, and Belgium.
Sometimes, you may be asked for consent to record the meeting with PinMeTo. When we record your voice and image at the meeting, your data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 (1a) of GDPR - your freely given consent.
Direct Marketing is our Legitimate Purpose to process your personal data. Your personal data will be shared internally within the Company, in particular with the Sales Department.

We will process your personal data only for the duration of the processes stated above. As soon as the purposes of the processing are no longer valid, your data will be deleted.
