With over 119 locations across 47 countries, ALPLA needed a centralized platform to ensure all their business information remained accurate and up-to-date across all digital networks including Google, Apple Maps, and Bing.
Incorrect details, such as outdated addresses, contact numbers, or wrong pictures, could negatively affect their brand image and create confusion for both partners and potential employees.
We noticed that sometimes our pins were not correctly placed on the map, which caused confusion for truck drivers.

2. Improving Media Management and Brand Control
Another key challenge was managing user-generated content, such as images and videos uploaded by truck drivers and visitors on platforms like Google. These were often outdated or incorrect, harming ALPLA’s brand image and creating a false impression of their facilities.
To maintain a consistent and accurate online presence across all locations, ALPLA needed a solution to effectively monitor, review, and manage this content, ensuring that public-facing images reflected their professionalism and operations.
Now we can update all the data for plants that are open, closed, temporarily open, or temporarily closed. As you can imagine, managing over 100 locations isn’t easy. But with everything centralized in one place, we receive updates from all regions, allowing us to keep the data for all locations up to date.
