We are hiring a Customer Growth Manager
The Customer Growth Team work on developing our customers knowledge and understanding in both PinMeTo and the platforms we support, main focus today being Google and Facebook. As a Customer Growth Manager you will have a set of customers for which you are responsible. Using different tools such as reports, opportunity based insights and educational meetings, you are responsible to certify that the customer has the knowledge to perform and use our tools in the best possible way. The Customer Growth Team have a strong understanding for the customer journey in PinMeTo and the individual customer’s needs and challenges. When the customer is ready to take their company to the next level in local marketing you will be there to identify the need and complete the upsale.
As a Customer Growth Manager you will be responsible for:
The customers knowledge and understanding of the PinMeTo plattform and the value it brings to ensure the execution of their location marketing strategy
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
Work closely with, and engage, the customers to identify and develop upsell opportunities
Designing and implementing a plan that expands the customers location marketing presence and usage of PinMeTo
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
This is you:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar complex sales, preferably with SaaS-company, digital marketing- or communication agency
Holistic view and understanding of how strategies converts into tactical execution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both english and swedish
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and at any given time
