Country Manager Finland and The Baltics

We at PinMeTo will strengthen our team with a Country Manager Finland and The Baltics to join our growing team based in Stockholm. You will report to our CRO. In the role of Country Manager, you will identify new business opportunities within the Finnish market. You should be social and have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Finnish and English. Swedish is not necessary but beneficial. Additional languages such as any Baltic languages or Russian is highly valued. We also see that you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with complex B2B sales.

We will provide you with a solid education of our products and business area, and make sure you will be able to success in developing the market. PinMeTo is in a strong expansionary phase and the right person has great opportunities to develop and play a significant role in the company. To succeed, you need to be solution-oriented and listen and understand what our future customers need.

What we are looking for

  • You like working towards clear goals and being good at achieving them

  • You easily create relations and like to do good business

  • You have good social skills, humble and like to work under your own responsibility

  • You are a good listener who captures the customer's needs and establishes a trust

  • Digital native with an interest in sales and marketing

  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with complex B2B sales, experience from sales of SaaS-products is an advantage but not necessary

  • You should be energetic and well structured

  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Finnish and English, Swedish is not necessary just beneficial

About the team, culture and office

The Sales Team is in many ways the heart of the PinMeTo customer experience. We map the market, identify the potential customers and make contact, understand their need and present our products before closing the deal. You will be based in our Stockholm office but make regular trips to Finland and the Baltics for on-site customer visits.
